Lead Hardscapes Project Manager/Foreman
- Job Requirements/Duties:
- Hardscape Project Manager/Foreman is responsible for leading landscape crew members in the creation of landscape projects. This person will serve as a go-between with crew members and managers on completing landscape/pool scape projects.
- Always represent the company’s best interest, maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism
- Maintain a clean job site, orderly and stocked equipment trailer
- Lead and instruct team to produce excellent and profitable product
- Teach and train team members to ensure proper procedures, processes and quality of work are followed and achieved
- Forecast equipment, labor and material needs to ensure efficient production
- Complete project documentation in an organized and timely manner
- Collect, review, sign off and submit team timesheets by the required deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changes in workflow throughout the day to meet job needs and changes
- Qualifications:
- Knowledge of various plants and materials commonly used in our region is recommended
- Landscape skills are required, including the ability to use small hand and power tools, as well as equipment and materials applicable to the landscape installation/maintenance process such as a skid loader and excavator
- Knowledge and/or certified in ICPI and hardscape installations in building paver patios, residential boulder walls etc.
- Knowledge of the safe use of fertilizer, chemicals, pesticides, etc. that are commonly used in the landscape environment
- The ability to interpret landscape designs, sketches, and schematics is recommended
- Must be physically able to lift 50lbs of various material types
- Minimum of 2 years landscape related work is preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Salary: 60K or more annually based on experience.
