Are you looking for a hands-on job where you can work outdoors and work with a team! DMS is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Construction Field Support Crew in Omaha, NE. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting our experienced professionals in grading, mowing, and operating small machinery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in grading and leveling of the construction site to ensure proper drainage
- Operate equipment such as mowers, MT100's and compactors to prepare and maintain job sites
- Work closely with the project team to execute plans accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on the job site
Qualifications:
- Ability to operate various equipment used in grading
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Team player with excellent communication skills
This position will primarily be on construction sites where a background check, security clearance and drug test are required. Job site is in Council Bluffs daily, however you will have to meet at the central office location occasionally at 26020 West Center Road, Waterloo, NE 68069
